We do exchange new and unused equilibras™ 30 days from the time you receive them, if faulty or the wrong size. (If they are a gift or X’mas present, we will give you extra time but make sure the equilibras™ are new and returned in the bag provided with the purchase)
If the equilibras™ have been used we will not be able to exchange them.
Test your equilibras™ at home on the carpet to avoid getting them dirty.
On exchanges you are required to pay for the shipping to us. We will cover the return shipping.
We will only exchange equilibras™ purchased on our website. Any other purchases will have to be exchanged via the supplier you used.
